My guest today is Ayah Buonaugurio and we discussed her studies with ayahuasca and the "master plants" during her periods of shamanic apprenticeship. We talk about the processes one can undergo during shamanic ceremonies and vision quests and how to find the courage to do deep inner work, as well as what to do if you feel scared or overwhelmed in the middle of a psychedelic journey. 012 The Tantric Path

Many people know that tantra is associated with sexuality but it goes much, much deeper than that. It's a system that embraces all the aspects of who we are and helps us to awaken more deeply into our true nature. It's one of the oldest spiritual traditions on Earth and personally I find it refreshing to learn about a system that embraces sex instead of shames it and acknowledges the dark instead of rejecting it. That's why I brought in my friend Halo Seronko to tell us all about it. She has been studying tantra for many years and teaches sexual cultivation and jade egg practices to women. We had such a rich and deep conversation and this is definitely one of my favorite episodes so far.
